Return Request Timeframe
- Customers must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Any return request made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
A return will be accepted only if:
- The product is unused.
- The seal, packet, or bottle is not broken or opened.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
If the product has been used or the seal is broken/open, no return or refund will be issued.
Return Shipping Charges
- Since we provide Free Shipping on orders, the customer must bear the shipping cost for returning the product.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer (UPI / Bank / Wallet / Card).
